If you are pickup the phone on public place/driving situation, inform your caller to call back after some time (or) honestly inform him/her "i m in bus stop / Traveling / driving..". You can call back.

Also keep your personal information on public place.
To avoid "how much of amount you have" (or) "i am going to a jewelery and buy the gold" (or) i will come to your place and give this amount..."
